1. Service Description

Fees Please, a trading name of Ashley Graeme Pitt (ABN 62 997 103 770), provides software to facilitate fee collection, club communication, and financial tracking for sports clubs. We act as a technical platform and integrator, not a bank, financial institution, or professional accounting firm.

2. Square Integration

Use of our digital payment features requires a valid Square account. You agree to Square's General Terms of Service. Fees Please is not responsible for settlement delays, withheld funds, or payment disputes handled by Square.

3. Cash Tracking & Manual Ledger

The Service allows for the manual recording of cash and physical payments ("Manual Entries"). You acknowledge that:

  • No Physical Custody: Fees Please never takes physical possession of, nor responsibility for, any cash, floats, or physical currency recorded in the app.
  • Ledger Accuracy: The Service acts solely as a digital ledger. We are not responsible for discrepancies between the digital record and physical funds.
  • Loss of Funds: Any loss of physical currency (including theft, loss of floats, or accounting errors by club personnel) is the sole responsibility of the Club.

4. AI-Powered Agents & Insights

The Service includes AI-driven features (such as custom personas) to assist with club communication and match reports. Future features may include financial insights. Any content, insights, or projections generated by the AI are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Club administrators are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing or making financial decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Queensland, Australia, Fees Please shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of club funds, data breaches resulting from user negligence, or errors in AI processing or generation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, QLD.
