Common questions.

Is the Free tier really free forever? +

Yes. Cash tracking will always be free - that's a core promise. The only cost on the Free tier is if you use Square card payments, where we add a 2.5% platform clip on top of Square's standard processing fee.

Do my players need to download an app? +

No. Players receive a link (via email or shared chat link), tap it in their phone browser, and can update availability and pay fees instantly - no app store, no account creation required.

How does the 2.5% Free tier clip work in practice? +

If a player pays a $15 match fee via Square on the Free tier, they pay $15 + Square's secure online processing fee (2.2% + 30¢) + our 2.5% clip. On the Plus tier, the percentage clip drops to 0% and you only pay a flat 30¢ platform clip per transaction on top of Square's fee. Cash and bank transfer tracking is always 100% free with no transaction clips.

Can I add multiple teams? +

Yes. If you have multiple teams, you can pay per-team on the Plus tier, or upgrade to the Pro tier which covers up to 5 teams under a single flat rate ($12.99/mo or $129/yr). If you manage a larger club (5+ teams), we recommend purchasing a **Club Pack** which bundles your teams under a single annual invoice for simplified multi-team administration.

Do I need a registered business to connect Square? +

No. You do not need an ABN, LLC, or formal business registration to connect with Square. You can connect as an individual, complete simple identity verification, link a personal bank account, and begin accepting secure QR checkout payments in minutes.

Can multiple coordinators manage the team? +

Yes. On Plus and Pro tiers, you can assign organisers as either Account Admins or Team Admins. Account Admins have full control over the subscription and billing details, while Team Admins can manage Game Day availability, lineup creation, and transaction logs without seeing billing details.

Is my team's payment data secure? +

Yes. Card payments are processed directly by Square's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Fees Please never stores card numbers. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We never have access to your raw payment details.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Absolutely. Cancel your Plus subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll retain Plus features until the end of your current billing period. Your team data and ledger history is always accessible, even on the Free tier.
